The Individual Performance Program

The comprehensive Individual Performance Program represents the most intensive and individualized program that we offer. It targets the assessment and subsequent development of a broad set of mental skills that support our ability to perform in challenging situations and environments. This program typically includes:

  • A two-day individualized assessment and coaching session that takes place at our facility in Concord, NC (USA). During this time clients undergo intensive testing and evaluation culminating in the development of their own personal A.C.T. Model. All activities are designed to allow the client to understand how to enhance their personal performance.
  • Follow-up coaching support focused on the implementation of the client's personal performance model. After the individualized assessment clients are given time to execute and will receive additional coaching aimed at fine tuning their growth.
  • Further support via telephone, e-mail, FaceTime, or Skype for a period of one year from the date of the initial assessment is included as part of the Individual Performance Program. This allows even more time to extract the most from your training.

Corporate, Group, & Team Performance Program

To achieve consistent success in business, a diverse group of goal-oriented individuals must work effectively as a team. Under the intense pressure that exists in any competitive environment, strong personal skills are prerequisites to success.


The first element of the Group Performance Program includes a seminar which is designed to allow a broader group of individuals to participate. The format for this seminar program is adapted to the time-constraints and needs of each group as appropriate. The structure and content of the program is normally defined through discussion with the client organization's management group and is typically carried out at a team/company headquarters or at any site designated by team leaders.


Topics normally discussed in the Group Performance Seminar include:

  1. How we mentally process information and how these principles affect how we perform
  2. The Performance Equation – A simple way to quantify performance
  3. Factors that affect concentration & how to develop concentration skills
  4. The use of Imagery for increasing performance
  5. The "Seven Key Rules of the Mental Road"

  8. Team culture – Pulling in the same direction at the same time
  9. Negative thought stopping

Beyond the seminar, the Group Performance Program has the additional option of integrating elements of the Individual Performance Program for key players, management, sales, & technical staff of the client organization. This option would include:

  • One on one consultation with selected key members where the individual's performance profile (acquired via online pre-program questionnaires) is discussed and personal A.C.T. Models are established..
